that will empower self-advocacy, living independently, and enjoying the highest quality of life.
Our Services
Caregiver Support
Information, Assistance, Case Management, Training, Education, Counseling, Respite, and Supplemental Services to help support family caregivers and their loved ones.
Insurance Counseling
Counseling, advocacy, and help with Medicare, Medicaid, Prescription coverage, and Medicare Fraud.
Nutrition and Transportation
Nutritious meals are either delivered at home or in a congregate setting. Access to local transportation and assistance with accessing SNAP benefits.
Legal Services
The Legal Assistance Program provides no-cost legal assistance in non-fee generating cases as well as non-criminal matters for people 60 years or older.
Home & Community Based Services
In-home services and care coordination to help older and disabled individuals remain in the communities of their choice.
Long Term Care Services
Information and advocacy for residents of long-term care facilities, family members, and those seeking long-term care placement.
Prescription Assistance
Assistance to obtain free or low-cost prescription drugs from pharmaceutical companies and access to other resources.
Senior Employment
A community service and work-based training program for individuals 55 or older to help strengthen and improve skillsets to secure unsubsidized employment.
